Publishing to App Store & Google Play

When you're ready to submit to the app stores, use Capacitor to wrap the web app into a native shell. Here's the full process.

Step 1 — Wrap with Capacitor

Install Capacitor

npm install @capacitor/core @capacitor/cli @capacitor/ios @capacitor/android

Initialize Capacitor

npx cap init DadMatchmakers com.dadmatchmakers.app --web-dir dist/client

Build the web app

npm run build

Xcode is required for iOS builds (Mac only). Android Studio is required for Android builds.
