Nature of Service — Introductory Service Only

DadMatchmakers is an introductory service only. We connect fathers with other fathers for the purpose of exploring potential matches between their families. We do not arrange marriages, guarantee introductions will lead to any particular outcome, or make any representation, promise, or warranty — express or implied — regarding what may result from the use of our service.

By registering with DadMatchmakers and activating a membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We provide opportunities for fathers to meet and communicate. Nothing more.
• We make no claims, promises, or guarantees that any introduction will result in a courtship, engagement, marriage, or any other relationship.
• The outcome of any introduction facilitated through our platform rests entirely with the individuals and families involved.
• We are not a matchmaking agency, marriage broker, or counseling service, and nothing in our service should be construed as such.
• We provide access to a directory of other member families and tools for communication. What fathers and families do with those opportunities is entirely their own responsibility.

Liability Disclaimer

By using this service, you expressly agree that all consequences arising from your use of DadMatchmakers — including but not limited to any introductions, communications, meetings, relationships, or other interactions that result from your participation — rest solely and entirely with you, the member.

DadMatchmakers, its founders, staff, employees, contractors, agents, assignees, and any affiliated parties shall bear no liability whatsoever for:

• Any outcome, positive or negative, resulting from an introduction made through the platform;
• Any actions, decisions, or conduct of any member, user, or third party encountered through the service;
• Any emotional, relational, financial, physical, or other harm arising from use of the service;
• Any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or omissions in member-submitted profiles or questionnaires;
• Any failure of the service to meet your expectations or produce any particular result.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DadMatchmakers and its staff and assignees from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DadMatchmakers expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the service will meet your expectations or requirements;
• Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or quality of any information or content provided through the service;
• Any warranty that any defects in the service will be corrected.

No oral or written information or advice given by DadMatchmakers or its staff shall create a warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full, but shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Agreement

By creating an account, activating a membership, or using any feature of DadMatchmakers — including its website and mobile applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Membership Agreement & Service Disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.
